Membership
Vancouver Geotechnical Society membership is open to anyone interested in Geotechnical Engineering. Dues are used to cover the costs of monthly presentations, including meeting rooms, audio/visual equipment, and snacks for members. Dues are also used to invite speakers to Vancouver and to promote Geotechnical Engineering Education through a university scholarship. Members will also receive notifications of up-coming meetings and events. The annual membership dues of $20 ($5 for students) are usually collected at the Annual General Meeting in September.
Registration is easy! Simply print out either the Individual Registration Form or the Company Registration form (for registering multiple members from the same company or organization), complete the information, and bring it with the applicable fee to the next monthly presentation. Alternatively, mail the fee (cheques only in the mail, please) and the completed form to:
